Ministry Trailer

The Ministry Trailer is intended to help with outreach evangelism within the Loudon County Baptist Association family of churches,  reaching throughout the communities of the Tennessee Baptist Convention. The trailer may be reserved for your church event by calling the LCBA office at 986-2292.

Don't Forget!!

  • Keep the Ministry Trailer clean

  • Return all items back to their proper place

Equipment Included

The items included in the trailer are two inflatable castles for children (one with slide), a popcorn machine, shaved ice machine for “snow cones”, a nacho cheese dispenser,  an industrial size gas grill, “pop up” canopy tents for shade/shelter, a portable generator and two sets of corn hole games. The trailer is essentially a self contained unit. Any or all of the items take only a few minutes each to set up for the special event at your church.

Instruction Manual

An instruction manual is included with the trailer. The manual contains instructions for set up and operation of each major piece of equipment. It also contains a current set of the rules and a sample supplies checklist. Photographs are included to assist in re-securing the equipment inside the trailer with the tie-down straps.

Tow Vehicle Requirements

The trailer is over 14 feet long and approximately 9 feet wide, including the fenders. A ½ ton or larger vehicle with a towing package, including an electric brake controller, is needed in order to adequately pull the trailer.  The trailer requires a 2-5/16” ball, which will be provided with the trailer, if needed.

Rules for Use

There are a few necessary rules that govern the scheduling and use of the trailer. These rules are designed for the safety of the users and to give equal access to all the churches in the Association. Also, it is understood that the trailer will be limited to only church ministry opportunities. The pastor of the church, or his representative, must sign a copy of the rules before the trailer will be released to the church. To be fair to everyone, an inventory should be performed before and after each use of the trailer.
